Ludo Bounty Terms and Conditions — Rules of Use

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Ludo Bounty ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the website at ludobounty.app, the Ludo Bounty mobile application, and all related gaming, betting and promotional services.

Accessing any part of the platform — whether you are browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a slot game or claiming a bonus — means you have accepted these Terms. If you are unsure about any part of them, contact our support team before you proceed. We want players to understand what they are agreeing to, not discover it later when a dispute arises.

These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be read and understood by Pakistani players in the same way you would read a service agreement for any other app or online account you use. We have tried to avoid unnecessary legal jargon, but certain sections contain specific language that has practical importance — please give those sections the attention they deserve.

02. Eligibility

To use Ludo Bounty you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Ludo Bounty is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate or commercial enterprise.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion restriction applied through Ludo Bounty or any comparable platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above eligibility conditions apply to you. Providing false information during registration, including about your age, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

03. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Ludo Bounty. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, work around a suspension or for any other reason — is prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be reviewed and may be permanently closed, with bonuses and associated winnings voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth and contact details. This information must reflect your true identity. We may ask you to verify your identity at any point, and failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. Ludo Bounty will not be liable for losses resulting from a player sharing or failing to protect their own login details.

04. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Ludo Bounty are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary, and current options are displayed in your account cashier.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to someone else is not permitted. If a deposit is flagged as coming from a third-party account, it may be reversed and the account reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes. Bank transfer times may vary depending on the sending bank.
• Ludo Bounty does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them before depositing.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

We reserve the right to decline a deposit, request source-of-funds information or return funds to a player if we have reason to do so. This is not a common occurrence but is a risk management measure we may apply in specific circumstances.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass identity verification. This is a one-time process for most players. Having your verification completed before you want to withdraw avoids any delay when the time comes.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If that is not available, you may request a withdrawal to another supported method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier section.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within one to three business days after verification is complete.
• VIP players receive expedited withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Withdrawal requests made during weekends or Pakistani public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• We do not apply withdrawal fees on our side, but your receiving bank or wallet provider may have their own charges.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

Ludo Bounty offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. These Terms apply as a baseline, and specific offer terms take precedence where they differ.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• All bonuses have a wagering requirement — the amount of real-money play required before the bonus balance and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe. Expired bonuses and related winnings are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. This is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice or a fair resolution where this occurs.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including patterns of low-risk bet hedging or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

07. Betting Rules

The Ludo Bounty betting section covers cricket including PSL, international T20, Test matches and bilateral series, as well as football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after placement unless the specific market rules for that event allow it or there has been a clear technical error on our side.
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event, as confirmed by the governing body or official scorecard.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that event type. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. We reserve the right to apply individual player limits based on account activity.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption during the flow of a match. Bets placed during a suspended market will not be accepted.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent market movement does not affect already confirmed bets.

08. Games and Platform

The Ludo Bounty platform includes slot games, bingo and other gaming products. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to maintain continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Unscheduled downtime may occur due to technical issues outside our control.

Game history and transaction records are maintained in your account for a minimum of 90 days. If you have a query about a specific game round or transaction, reference the round ID or transaction ID from your account history when contacting support.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any game is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that interacts with the platform on your behalf is strictly prohibited across all game types.
• Ludo Bounty reserves the right to add, modify or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ludo Bounty. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, script or automation tool to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or platform systems without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other platform users.

If we suspect that an account has been involved in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice. We will aim to resolve such investigations promptly and communicate outcomes to the affected player.

10. Responsible Gaming

Ludo Bounty is an entertainment platform. We want every player to enjoy gaming and betting in a way that stays within their personal budget and time preferences. We are committed to providing tools that help you manage your activity sensibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available inside your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. A temporary exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to you after standard checks, provided no Terms violations are associated with the account.

Ludo Bounty may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Behaviour that is abusive or threatening towards staff or other users.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Inactivity for an extended period — inactive account handling terms will be communicated separately where applicable.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, we reserve the right to void bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits that are not linked to a Terms violation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ludo Bounty provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to secure their own login information.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble beyond their personal means or in breach of self-imposed limits they chose not to use.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. If you have a complaint about how we have handled a specific matter, our support team is the right starting point — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights may be made without advance notice.
